Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Greenery Office Interiors Inc. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, incorrect selections, or items that are no longer wanted.
Please confirm the product, quantity, price and pickup arrangements before completing your purchase.
Cancellations and Changes
Customers cannot cancel or change an order after it has been placed, except where required by law. Greenery retains the right to place an order on hold or cancel it under the Order Verification and Suspected Fraud section below. Preparation or sourcing of products may begin immediately after an order is received.
Pickup Only
Products purchased through our online store are available for pickup only. Shipping and delivery are not included.

Pickup instructions and availability will be communicated after the order is placed. Customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation and identification when collecting an order.
Failure to collect an order does not qualify the order for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your order as arranged.
Flowers, Plants and Natural Products
Flowers, plants and other natural products may vary in colour, size, shape and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided as representative examples. The exact appearance of the product received may vary depending on seasonal availability and the natural characteristics of the materials.
Inspecting Your Order
Customers should inspect their order at the time of pickup. If Greenery supplied the wrong product, or an item appears damaged or defective when presented for pickup, please notify a staff member before leaving so the matter can be reviewed.
Order Verification and Suspected Fraud
Greenery Office Interiors Inc. reserves the right to place any order on hold while payment and customer information are reviewed.
We may request reasonable information needed to confirm the purchaser’s identity, payment authorization and pickup arrangements. We will not request complete credit card information by email or telephone.
Greenery may refuse or cancel an order where:
- The payment or customer information cannot be verified;
- The information supplied appears false, incomplete or inconsistent;
- Unauthorized or fraudulent card use is suspected;
- The ordered product is unavailable;
- A pricing, inventory or technical error has occurred; or
- Completing the order may expose Greenery or another person to fraud, loss or legal liability.
If Greenery cancels an order after payment has been collected, the payment will be reversed or refunded to the original payment method, subject to the payment processor’s procedures. Greenery will not issue a refund to a different card, bank account or recipient.
No product will be released until Greenery confirms that the order is ready for pickup. Greenery may refuse to release an order where the identity of the person collecting it or their authority to collect it cannot reasonably be verified.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
If Greenery is unable to supply a purchased product, Greenery may offer an appropriate replacement or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
